Overview

Behavioral Innovations is growing—and we’re hiring a Senior Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead our ABA therapy program. For 25 years, we have delivered compassionate ABA therapy and aim to be the #1 trusted resource for individuals with autism.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Salary: $100,000 - $122,000
  • 20 days PTO + 7 paid holidays.
  • Professional development: free internal CEUs, tuition discounts, BCBA license renewal support.
  • Monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses.
  • Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
  • Retention bonus $40,000.
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000.

Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
