OverviewMake a difference – lead clinical excellence across the UK. You are an experienced occupational therapist or senior clinical governance and practice development manager with a strong background working with people with learning disabilities and autistic people. This full‑time permanent role may involve national travel and requires you to travel to our head office in Widnes at least once a week if you live within an hour.

- Registered Occupational Therapist (BSc/MSc) with HCPC registration.
- Postgraduate qualification (or working towards) in autism, learning disability or sensory integration.
- Substantial experience in clinical leadership and service development.
- Expertise in therapeutic interventions relevant to learning disability and autism.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audit and quality improvement.
- Proven ability to provide clinical supervision and training.
- Social care or management qualification.
- Experience influencing practice at a regional or national level.
- Strategic thinker with partnership building and innovation.
- Excellent communicator, confident presenting at national forums.
- Inclusive leader fostering collaboration and empowerment.
- Resilient, adaptable, committed to person‑centred care.
- Influence national clinical policy and shape future of care.
