• Serve as the key point of contact for patients, providing education on program services
• Manage patient services to ensure timely access to therapy and optimal reimbursement support
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate the patient journey and onboarding
• Interact with insurance companies and pharmacies to facilitate prescription coverage
• Report adverse events and perform additional duties as assigned

• Bilingualism in English and French (required for Quebec province)
• Experience in a customer service setting
• Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree (an asset)
• Familiarity with reimbursement processes in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

• Previous experience in health insurance or pharmacy
• Knowledge of CRM systems and
• Project management skills
• Understanding of public, private, and federal reimbursement processes
