Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (CF) - Up to $6,000 Sign On Bonus

• Provide home-based services in a condensed geographic zone
• Participate in salaried caseload build
• Collaborate with a CF Supervisor for individualized mentoring (available by phone and in person)
• Utilize a company vehicle program and office team support for non-clinical needs (billing, referrals, scheduling, coordination)

• Master’s degree (minimum) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of occupancy
• Current valid BLS CPR card
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance
