Role Description

This is a salaried W-2 role for a Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellow specializing in child, family, and assessment work. The fellow will conduct psychological evaluations, provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families, and collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility.

• Conduct psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and families

• Provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

• Support clinical development and progression toward licensure through structured supervision and training

• Degree from an APA-Accredited PhD or PsyD program
• Completion of pre-doctoral internship
• Previous clinical experience in psychological assessment and child, family, or adolescent-focused work

• Salary: $60,000 per year as a full-time, salaried W-2 employee
• Health Insurance Stipend: $150 per month, paid through payroll as taxable income
• PTO: 12 days per year, accrued monthly
• Paid Holidays: 6 practice-observed paid holidays per year

  Ongoing, structured postdoctoral supervision to meet licensure and training requirements
