Base pay range

$/yr - $/yr

Rate of Pay: $151,252 per year.

Position is eligible for remote working from anywhere in the US. 50/60% domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth within the division according to Emerging Markets strategic plan.
  • Oversee the E2E Account setup process and maintain Customer Engagement with top accounts, distributor contract negotiations, set‑up, maintenance, compliance, supervision, and communication.
  • Ensure alignment to local pricing needs and deviations.
  • Establish, initiate, and maintain solid relationships with internal customers (Division and Area) by understanding, anticipating, and identifying their needs to support the best growth outcome and improve competitiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8 years of managerial experience in Sales.
  • 5 years of experience overseeing Channel or Distribution Account Management.
  • 5 years of experience implementing and driving joint business plans with channel partners.
  • 5 years of experience working with local Med Tech regulatory requirements in Central Caribbean area.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
