Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Fellow at Sunny Days.

With over 30 years in the pediatric field of Early Intervention, Sunny Days is a nationwide provider of Early Intervention services. Salary and Benefits
  • Salary:
    Competitive rates based on experience, typically $48–$72 per hour depending on role and schedule (e.g., $48–$52 per half hour; $68–$72 per hour).

Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech Language Therapy and consult with family members and other professionals
  • Follow an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and develop methodologies to reach each child’s developmental goals
  • Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement at home and in the community
  • Deliver services in diverse settings (homes, daycare centers, and other community settings)
  • Ensure progress generalization with active caregiver participation, including coaching and team communication
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality of information (HIPAA and/state/federal regulations)
Qualifications
  • New York SLP license
  • Early Intervention experience or equivalent experience
  • Pediatric experience (preferred)
  • Home-based service delivery experience (preferred)
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
