Aiding With Care Health Services, INC, a committed leader in home health care, is currently offering a fulfilling opportunity for a Home Health Aide position. This role requires dedication and compassion towards clientele, providing personal care and daily assistance in the client's own home environment. This is a Full-Time position located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Please be aware that this is not a remote job.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support to our client in their Deerfield Beach home. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by ensuring their comfort and well‑being.

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility and support client transfers from beds, chairs, and other seating
• Ensure client's safety and comfort at all times
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding the client
• Provide companionship by engaging in conversation or recreational activities
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks
• Follow specific care plans tailored to the client’s needs
• Record daily care notes of the client’s condition and reporting any significant changes to the care manager
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Communicate efficiently with client families and healthcare professionals

• Valid Florida HHA certification (75 hours minimum)
• Current CPR certification
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transportation and a strong commitment to punctuality
• Previous experience in a home health setting preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
• Possess a caring and responsive demeanor, prioritizing the client’s needs
• Ability to work both morning and evening shifts from Monday through Friday and 10 hours on Saturday
