• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility
• Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring; report changes promptly
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed; follow dietary restrictions in the Care Plan
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, general tidying)
• Offer companionship and engagement — conversation, indoor/outdoor activities, community outings
• Complete accurate documentation of tasks using the Well Sky app
• Provide safe, reliable transportation for errands or appointments
• Follow care plans and supervisor or nurse instructions carefully

• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
• AHCA Level 2 background check (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR certification (in-person required; offered through our office for $50, valid for 2 years)
• TB test (PPD or lab within 6 months) or chest X-ray within 5 years (or willingness to obtain)
• Professionalism, strong communication and documentation skills, and consistent reliability
