Overview
We are looking for a licensed or provisionally licensed, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care to diverse communities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

- Provide individual, couple, family, or group therapy in Spanish and English
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
- Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
- Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
- Maintain documentation per company policies and timelines
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (experience with Valant a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
