HHS require you to be in the field visiting patients' homes. We do not offer work from home/remote opportunities unless noted.

The Speech Therapist CFY will provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a home health setting. This role is designed for a recent graduate completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Supervision and mentorship will be provided by a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
