• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to meet the treatment goals of clients/patients
• Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments in accordance with state standards
• Develop and document treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs
• Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, offering insights on cases
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with regulatory standards

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
• Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients
• Expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders

• Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment
• Familiarity with legal requirements and court procedures in mental health treatment
• Strong communication skills for effective reporting and client interactions
• Ability to develop and evaluate services within assigned programs
• Experience in providing professional supervision and training in a mental health context
