- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to meet the treatment goals of clients/patients
- Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments in accordance with state standards
- Develop and document treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs
- Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings, offering insights on cases
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided in compliance with regulatory standards
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
- Comfortable providing telehealth services to clients
- Expertise in diagnostic criteria for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods related to mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment
- Familiarity with legal requirements and court procedures in mental health treatment
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting and client interactions
- Ability to develop and evaluate services within assigned programs
- Experience in providing professional supervision and training in a mental health context
