This role is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing documents, analyzing data, and supporting claim resolution.
What You’ll Do- Process incoming medical claims for accuracy and completeness
- Review coding, documentation, and eligibility data
- Enter claim details into payer or provider systems
- Flag discrepancies and route claims for follow-up when needed
- Maintain compliance with payer and HIPAA guidelines
- Strong analytical and data review skills
- Comfort working independently
- Ability to learn billing and claims systems
