We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a PRN, fully remote role supporting patients across Missouri. This is a great opportunity for therapists looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or a remote option while continuing clinical work.

• Provide remote physical therapy services via telehealth
• Complete patient evaluations, progress notes, and documentation
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (required)
• Telehealth experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
