Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) $62K-80K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans
• Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit documentation per company guidelines
• Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Comfort working with diverse client populations and ability to maintain appropriate boundaries
• Ability to pass a background check
