We are a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group that exists to provide culturally competent behavioral health care addiction care, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination for people working towards taking back control of their lives, while expanding access to care.

• You believe in the importance of providing high-quality care to all communities

• You are experienced in treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD, and providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of their care.

• You are adept at learning new technologies and using technology in your practice, as we are a tech-heavy start-up.

• You enjoy working in a collaborative work environment that values the support and mentorship of like-minded individuals.

• You are dedicated and able to provide patient-centered psychiatric care

• Can commit to 15-20 hours per week (we are open 7 days a week)

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

• New grads of PMHNP programs welcome to apply (with previous experience in RN psychiatry preferred)

• Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management:
  Deliver compassionate and high-quality psychiatric care, addiction care and medication management through a convenient telehealth platform, ensuring members receive accessible and effective care.

• Team-Based

  You will be part of an integrated team of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators that, together, will provide members with the highest-quality clinical care

• Collaborative Case Conferences:
  Partner with your fellow clinical and care team to assess and adapt treatment strategies for high-risk members bi-weekly, ensuring they receive the most effective and holistic care possible.

• Member Education and Health Promotion:
  Empower members with education on preventative practices and lifestyle habits that support long-term mental and physical well-being.

• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing:
  Stay informed about the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices and share key learnings with the ReKlame Health community, contributing to a collective pursuit of excellence in mental health care

• Thorough Recordkeeping:
  Maintain accurate, detailed patient records to document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress. Ensure comprehensive insights to support informed care decisions.
