RoleDescription:
The RN’s primary role is to support patients with chronic conditions understand and manage their disease.
If you are located in Everett, Washington, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role
* as you take on some tough challenges.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain established quality control standards
- Help patients understand their assigned care plans and provide outreach to those who are not engaging
- Redirect patients to Primary Care as needed to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up to date on current care plans and expansions
- Maintain accurate patient records and data
- Support patients in understanding and managing their chronic conditions, promoting better health outcomes

Required Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)
- 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
