Life Bridge Counseling is committed to fostering healthier lives for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Based in Richmond with locations across Virginia—including Roanoke City Public Schools—we provide outpatient therapy services, either in person or via telehealth, across a wide range of clinical modalities. Partnering with True North Health Clinic and Intercept Health enhances our ability to offer comprehensive care from psychiatry to crisis and home-based services.

This full‑time, 10‑month position aligns with the Roanoke City Public Schools academic year. As a School‑Based Outpatient Clinician, you will deliver individual, family, or group treatment to students and community members, utilizing evidence‑based practices and a range of therapeutic modalities. Life Bridge clinicians are licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or are in supervision toward licensure (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work).

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate clinical experience with children, adolescents, or families and a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
