* * Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury and help build or restore vocational/ daily living skills as well as general independence.#

** Certification/Licensure
*** Occupational Therapist Certification or License (Required)#
** Experience
* ** Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
* Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
* Productive and efficient in daily operations.
* Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
* Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
