Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70K-85K/yr

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create treatment plans, and complete documentation.
• Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team to fill gaps in community mental health care.
• Utilize interventions creatively to help clients achieve their goals.
• Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Pass a background check.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience in mental health practice.
• Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
