As a licensed provider of Intensive-In-Home (IIH), Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.

As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
  • Conduct ABA therapy sessions
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
  • Provide support and resources to clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings between 3pm to 7pm Mon to Fri at a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
