Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents’ nutritional needs.
- Collaborate with other dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans.
- Complete necessary clinical assessments, chart within the EMR, and attend meetings regarding resident care and progress.
- Conduct meal rounds as needed, perform sanitation audits, and sign off on dietary menus.
Job Requirements
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or a Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with verification statement.
- State licensure as required by location.
- Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
