- Conduct intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within regulatory time frames
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans based on assessments
- Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases
- Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure as a professional counselor or social worker in the applicable state
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
- Ability to provide telehealth services, with training provided
- Expertise in diagnosing mental health and substance use disorders
- Knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods for mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report generation
- Ability to build effective relationships through various communication methods
- Experience in supervisory and training techniques within mental health settings
