At Well Qor, you’ll help your clients overcome mental health challenges, forge better relationships, and become the best versions of themselves. You will define your own availability, create your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Therapists can work part‑time or carry full caseloads, and each clinician is assigned to a team for support, collaboration, and continual feedback.

• You’ll develop long‑term relationships with patients via teletherapy.
• Have access to the full support and camaraderie of a clinical team.
• Choose how much and when you work.
• Connect with therapists across the country using our Clinician Connect platform.
• Receive credentialing, billing, and administrative services so you can focus on therapy.
• Opportunities to expand experience through CEU sponsorship.

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Empanelment/participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication.

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.
• Typical issues that your patients may face include:
  • Adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues, PTSD, substance abuse.
• Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in Well Qor’s easy‑to‑use web‑based EHR system according to company guidelines.
• Utilize our unique Well Qor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other Well Qor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Well Qor Telehealth Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload they’re interested in carrying at any given time. Hourly compensation varies based on licensure level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
