We are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Burnham on Sea. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

About the RoleAs an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
- Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication as required.
- Cover sleep sessions, with an additional A GBP 60 paid per sleep in.
Somerset is an Independent Living service that specialises in providing flexible, client‑driven approaches to care, health and inclusion requirements for people with a wide range of needs and living situations. Whether support is needed for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community. This service embraces home‑care, accessing local activities, community support and day services, supporting all ages from late teens to elderly people.
