Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Rostered between 8:30am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 8:30am – 2:00pm). Contract Type:
Permanent. Salary: £43,700 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic Pharmacy team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused services across pharmacy areas. This is a flexible role across multiple pharmacy locations, requiring a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering safe and effective care.

• Manage daily workflow and workload in collaboration with the Chief Pharmacy Technician
• Ensure patient-focused, responsive Outpatient Clinical Pharmacy services
• Dispense, check, and counsel patients on prescriptions in line with legal and professional standards
• Maintain accurate stock control and support billing processes
• Implement and review SOPs to ensure compliance with GPh.C, RPS, MHRA, and Home Office regulations
• Participate in audits, inspections, and service improvement initiatives
• Support training and development of new staff and work placements
• Maintain accreditation as a Checking Technician and contribute to CPD
• Participate in rota duties including late shifts, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays

• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or BTEC in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPh.C)
• Accredited Checking Technician
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent IT skills and ability to work independently
• Organised, diplomatic, and assertive team player
• Evidence of continuing professional development
