- Serve as the primary support contact for the Epic Laboratory Information System:
Beaker Clinical Pathology and Beaker Anatomic Pathology - Guide workflow design, build, and testing of the Epic system
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Epic and connected software
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize system functionality
- Provide training and support to end-users on the Epic applications
- Proven experience with Epic applications, specifically Beaker Clinical Pathology and Beaker Anatomic Pathology
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
- Knowledge of workflow design and testing methodologies
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly within a hospital or clinical environment
- Familiarity with other Epic modules and applications
- Certification in Epic Beaker or related systems
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in user training and support
