Functional Assessor
Southampton
Join our team in Southampton as a Functional Assessor, supporting both Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services.
What’s on offer- Full‑time, permanent position

- Competitive salary + 10% annual bonus paid quarterly (bonus paid as 2.5% salary every quarter, based on quality and productivity)
As a Functional Assessor you’ll apply your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for PIP and WCA benefits. You’ll produce clear, evidence‑based reports that support fair and accurate decision‑making, helping people access the support they need.
