Location: Lexington, KY. (Hybrid remote work arrangement)

Shift: Primarily days; some evenings/weekends may be required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience (equivalent to 5+ years if BS is missing).
• Knowledge of clinical trials design, oncology therapeutic areas, EDC systems, data management processes, forms design/development, and medical coding.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with protocol staff including Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Associates, Biostatisticians, Data Monitors, and Clinical Data Managers.
• Physical requirement: sitting for long periods, repetitive motion, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Proficiency with OnCore (CTMS/EDC system).

Preferred Qualifications: BS or equivalent plus 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities:

• Use OnCore to build protocol calendar specifications and develop electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs).
• Assist protocol staff with data collection throughout the study life cycle.
• Collaborate with investigators and research staff to ensure data integrity and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data management processes and procedures.
