Join Providence Health & Services in a remote role focused on Charge Master (CDM) responsibilities.

• Ensure Charge Master consistency with coding and billing regulations.
• Act as liaison between Hospital ministries and our Revenue Integrity Chargemaster department.
• Research and resolve CDM maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Train hospital ministry staff on CDM maintenance, coding updates, and charge capture improvement.
• Coordinate daily CDM maintenance workflow between the system and ministries.
• Document policies and procedures for CDM maintenance and charge process.
• Collaborate with IS, Clinical Informatics, and Integration personnel on technology projects impacting charge entry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years Hospital Charge Master experience, including CDM maintenance software and inpatient/outpatient billing (UB-04), CMS Medicare methodology.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD‑10 coding principles.
• 3+ years operational performance improvement or project management experience.
• 5+ years experience working with Hospital EMR related to Charge Master, preferably Epic EAP.
• 3+ years experience with CDM Maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, nThrive.
• 5+ years experience with Hospital charging practices.
