Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 / year + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and QASP-S staff
- Analyze behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical leadership team
- Active Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing with QABA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Supervisory experience with RBTs, BCaBAs, and/or QASP-S professionals
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
