Outpatient Therapist – Hybrid Position

Hybrid position: work from home with only one day in the office per week.

Flexible schedule – choose your days (weekends available, evenings preferred).

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths, realizing their full potential through individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

• $45/hour for MA level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

• 50% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3‑month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3‑month span – $1250

• Non‑English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
