Patient Service Representative I – Remote (Massachusetts Residents Only)

SummaryWe are seeking skilled call‑center candidates to support patients in managing appointments and care. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts, have EPIC registration system experience, and reliable high‑speed home internet. This role is fully remote after a 2–6 week on‑site training at Post Office Square, MA.
Responsibilities- Receive incoming calls and inquiries, assisting patients with appointment and care management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem‑solving skills to strengthen patient/clinician relationships.
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written form to improve patient access and understanding.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC Test).
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or customer‑service setting.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and ability to master new systems.
- Preferred: high‑volume call‑center experience.
- Strong interpersonal, time‑management, and organizational skills.
The hourly range for this role is $19.80 to $28.29 per hour based on full‑time employment, determined by local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
