This is an individual contributor sales position, titled Territory Manager. You’ll cover the Great Lakes area, joining a team making a meaningful impact by improving the quality of life for people with intimate healthcare needs, while being part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.

• Achieving territory sales objectives through selling activities
• Cultivating business partnerships with key decision makers, product in-services, driving market share and sales growth
• Target key customers by selling and servicing Coloplast’s portfolio of Continence Care products.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the medical field strongly preferred
• Successful sales experience within the VA Health System
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight –
  50% to 70% travel
• Clinical training and/or background is preferred
• Employees in this role are expected to meet healthcare customers in person at their facilities or healthcare systems; therefore, this will require completion of credentialing requirements that meet the access requirements of each healthcare facility or system
• Employees must possess a valid driver’s license, as driving will be required for this position

• Compensation:
  • Base: $85-95k
  • Variable: $65k
  • $145-155k At Plan
