POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the RCM Departments by providing data analytics and reporting.

Work Schedule: Remote

Essential Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from multiple sources (billing, claims, EHR systems, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, cash collections, and payer performance
    .
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to revenue cycle operations.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects for leadership.
  • Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
  • Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment, or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
  • Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so

  • Proficiency in Excel
    , SQL
    , and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (healthcare or revenue cycle preferred).
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding, and payer processes is a plus.
