Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accompany clients on walks, errands, and medical appointments as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals/snacks while ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Offer assistance with daily routines
, such as dressing and organizing personal spaces. - Monitor and report changes in client well-being to healthcare professionals.
- Promote a positive and comfortable home environment.
- Experience in home care, senior care, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Patient, reliable, and compassionate demeanor.
- Must be able to work independently and follow care plans
. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
