American Health Connection (AHC) is currently hiring Remote Patient Service Representatives (PSR). These are full‑time, 100% remote employees with virtual training, company benefits, and no contracts.

PSRs are part of a virtual medical call center team that provides patients with full‑service scheduling and communications. Each team supports medical health system clients such as hospitals, medical centers, and clinics. PSRs handle over 75 calls per shift and must be visible on camera during work hours.

• Schedule and manage patient appointments at high volume, handling 75+ calls per shift.
• Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication, using proper phone etiquette.
• Maintain urgency and responsiveness while assisting patients.
• Adhere to HIPAA‑compliant practices in a private home environment.

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume medical scheduling experience in a call center.
• Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR/EHR).
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog.
• Must have a private, noise‑free, HIPAA‑compliant workspace.

Full‑time day shifts (Monday–Friday) with availability for one weekend per month. Hourly rate starts at $17.00.
