A well-established behavioral health practice, is seeking PMHNP / CNS to work in our outpatient clinic providing consultation services and medication management

As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the clinician will provide initial evaluations, psychopharmacological management, and behavioral management consultation. Typically, our NPs/PAs travel to one facility per day. The population in each facility varies among residents with dementia, depression, anxiety, or other mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
