• Develop and implement new audit concepts and procedures to enhance client satisfaction and audit quality
• Collaborate with teams to create new tools and processes for improved audit productivity
• Oversee quality control for audit claims and ensure compliance with expected standards
• Prepare and manage responses to client disputes regarding claims validation
• Train and mentor audit team members on executing various audit projects

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor and enhance the performance of audit staff
• Prior experience in healthcare billing and knowledge of industry standards

• Experience using Datameer and SQL
• Knowledge of Medicaid processes
• Previous experience in healthcare analytics or reimbursement
