• Manage the charge master, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with coding and billing regulations
• Analyze and report on charge capture issues, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance revenue cycle processes and address charge-related concerns
• Conduct root cause analysis on billing errors and implement corrective action plans
• Present findings and educational materials to clients regarding charge processes and compliance updates

• 3-5 years of related experience in revenue cycle management or a similar field
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
• Strong knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire (company paid)
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Experience with operational performance analysis and revenue enhancement projects
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated initiative in problem-solving and process improvement
