What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a lead specialist to provide guidance on quality program management and compliance
  • Implement key quality program activities and prepare documentation for management committees
  • Oversee quality improvement audits and ensure timely completion of quality activities
  • Write narrative reports and collaborate with specialists to interpret regulatory specifications
  • Evaluate project activities to identify opportunities for improvement and surface gaps in processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, including 2 years in health plan quality improvement or managed care
  • Strong business writing skills and operational knowledge of Excel and Visio
  • Ability to manage and compile documentation for quality improvement functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Degree in Clinical Quality, Public Health, or Healthcare
  • 5 years of experience in health plan quality management
  • Experience with data reporting, analysis, and interpretation
  • Active, unrestricted Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) credential
  • Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
