Associate​/Medical Excellence & Training Director

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding training plans for new hires and oversee training meetings
• Execute training programs using various methods, including classroom training, demonstrations, and web-based learning
• Coordinate ongoing technical training and professional development programs for field medical and internal functions
• Conduct learning needs assessments to determine training needs and priorities based on organizational goals
• Monitor changing Medical Affairs strategies to ensure training remains relevant and propose new learning programs as necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical practice in relevant therapeutic areas, or equivalent qualifications
• 3+ years of industry medical affairs experience in healthcare professional-facing roles
• Current working knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines relevant to industry interactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%

• Prior experience in curriculum development and application of adult learning principles
