• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored onboarding training plans for new hires
• Execute training programs using various effective methods, including classroom training and web-based learning
• Coordinate ongoing technical training and professional development for field medical and internal functions
• Conduct learning needs assessments to determine training priorities and needs
• Monitor changing Medical Affairs strategy to ensure training remains relevant and effective

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or clinical practice in relevant therapeutic areas
• 3+ years of industry medical affairs experience in healthcare professional-facing roles
• Current knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations for industry interactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%

• Experience with curriculum development, education outcome assessment, and adult learning principles
