OverviewPatient Accounts Manager
Accountable for managing various aspects of the billing operations and outstanding accounts receivable. Each Manager is responsible for developing and implementing long‑range work plans, resource and workflow management and is accountable for effectively managing costs within their respective work areas.
Individual needed to assume management and leadership responsibilities for daily operations.
Responsible for resource management and sister (Sentara) corporation relationships.
Bachelor's degree and 3 years Revenue Cycle Management experience in a Health Care Setting required. Four (4) years revenue experience required in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
This is a Hybrid position and requires candidates to live in the Hampton Roads geographic location.
Education- Bachelor's level degree
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
- Three (3) years Revenue Cycle Management experience (required) in a Health Care Setting
- Four (4) years of Revenue experience required in lieu of Bachelor's level degree consideration
