Job Description

This individual sales contributor role involves driving strategic growth, exceeding quota, building relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of patient engagement and the electronic health records space, with a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities
  • Covering a third of the United States, develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in medical practices and health systems
  • Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate meetings with prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand
  • Maintain accurate records in our Hubspot CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, patient engagement, electronic health records, and specialty medical practices
  • Proven success in selling technology solutions to medical practices and health systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Hubspot and G-Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Compensation
