Boost Home Healthcare North Dallas is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Liaison to strengthen and expand our community presence. If you are a relationship-focused, results-oriented professional who shares our vision of providing exceptional care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
- Identify and foster partnerships through outreach activities and presentations that highlight the benefits of Boost Home Healthcare services.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care for our clients.
- Contribute creative ideas for growing brand awareness and market share within the community.
- 2–3 years of relationship-building experience in healthcare, home health preferred.
- Proven track record in cultivating long-term partnerships and achieving growth objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of referral sources.
- Motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to the well-being of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
