• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client eligibility for ketamine therapy.
• Educate clients on the science, benefits, routes of administration, and process, turning anxiety into informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy to approved clients based on clinical protocols, while leveraging clinical judgment to personalize treatment.
• Collaborate with Mindbloom guides for holistic care coordination.
• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning to optimize results.
• Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve clinical protocols and care model.

• State licensure:
  Psychiatric‑Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA.
• DEA licensure:
  Prescriptive authority for Controlled Substances.

  Ability to confidently conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job‑related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes.
