We’re looking for a part‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. • Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients.
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video‑call sessions, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans.
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed.
• Enjoy no overhead: no insurance barriers, marketing budgets, or administrative costs associated with private practice.
• Practice from the comfort and safety of your own home on your own schedule.
• Benefit from bank‑level security, HIPAA compliance, and strict adherence to patient confidentiality standards.

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (45‑60 minute PDE).
• $30‑$85 per follow‑up session with an established patient, depending on session length (10‑49 minutes).

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New Hampshire and at least 2 years prescribing experience.
• Active DEA registration and individual NPI number.
• Completed, signed CAQH application.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage $1 million per occurrence / $3 million aggregate.
