Position: Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Base pay range: $10,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

In-person and hybrid schedule in Beverly, MA (Remote schedule available).

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence.
  • Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff.
  • Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification & LABA license (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping individuals thrive.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
