Position: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist- Tuesday to Saturday Schedule

Overview

Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - Tuesday to Saturday Schedule. Hybrid work option. Chelmsford, MA.

Base pay range: $62,000.00/yr - $/yr

As an Outpatient Therapist at our locally owned and operated clinic in Chelmsford, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, while making the clinician’s experience a priority alongside our clients. We are looking for a clinician to work Tuesday through Saturday, Hybrid.

Compensation: $62,000 – $112,000 annually

Responsibilities Include
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  • For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload and see a minimum of 27 clients per week
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidates should have clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) or be working towards this – pre-licensed are welcome
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
